At The Atelier London, managed by SOLVIRO LIMITED, we are committed to fulfilling your orders efficiently and transparently. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom — no minimum purchase required. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO, or freight-forwarding addresses at this time.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT/BST) on any weekday (Monday through Friday) are eligible for same-day processing. Orders received after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be queued for processing on the next available business day.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed the same or next business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery timeline for orders shipped within the United Kingdom is as follows:

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. The applicable shipping rate will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. The Atelier London reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 business days after dispatch. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly on our Order Tracking page.

How to Place an Order
- Browse our collection and add your desired item(s) to your basket.
- Review your basket and click "Proceed to Checkout."
- Enter your shipping address and click "Continue to Shipping."
- Review your address details and click "Continue to Payment."
- Select your preferred payment method and complete your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully processed.

All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@theatelierlondon.uk. Address changes can only be accommodated within 1 hour of order placement and before the order enters fulfilment.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, a reshipment fee of 15% of the original order total may apply.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For domestic UK orders, no customs duties or import taxes apply. All prices shown at checkout are final — there are no additional fees charged upon delivery.
